Continuing Education Hours
Producers and adjusters, including non-resident adjusters: 24 hours biennially.
Course Subject Requirements
- At least 3 of the required hours must be in ethics courses.
- All Wyoming licensed resident insurance producers who sell federal flood insurance policies shall be required to complete a one time 3 hour requirement on flood insurance.
- Agents wishing to sell LTC must also complete a 8-hourLTC requirement prior to selling LTC products. The LTC requirement counts towards the completion of the basic CE requirement. By the end of each consecutive renewal period, agents must complete a 4-hour "refresher" state-approved LTC course to continue selling LTC.
Continuing Education Compliance Date
Same as license renewal date. License renews biennially on the last day of the producer's birth month.
Type of courses accepted for CE Credit
Independent self study courses, classroom, or company-sponsored courses (cannot exceed 50% of total requirement)
Final exams for self-study must be monitored by a disinterested third party
Courses may not be repeated within 2 a year period.
- Individuals holding a limited producers license
- Individuals licensed for credit life and credit disability
- Individuals licensed for funeral service contracts
- Nonresident producers
Method to Certify Completion
You will be able to print your certificate of completion online once you have completed your exam. The licensee transfers information from the certificates of completion to Wyoming's summary report form, and attaches copies of the certificates. The summary report, copies of the certificates and the CE filing fee must be submitted to the insurance department by the compliance date. The licensee keeps a copy of the summary report and the original certificates of completion in his or her files for two years.
- Producers are exempt.
- Adjusters must meet resident state requirement. If none, adjuster must complete 24 hours biennially including 3 hours of ethics.

When you are finished studying your course, the exam is taken online and it is graded immediately. In most states you can also print your own certificate of completion, if you pass. There is no additional charge if you complete your course and exam completely online.

- Printed book and online exam - $5 additional - You receive a printed book but take your exam online.
- Printed book and printed exam - $10 additional - You receive a printed book and printed exam which you mail or fax to us for grading.

CE Subscriptions Upon purchase, the student will have access to all of the courses on the course list tab. You can click "Go to My Courses" on the left navigation bar or go to www.kruisetesting.com and enter the same user name (email address) and password you used to purchase your subscription to open your account. All courses will be available for download, and all exams will be available to the student for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Just scroll down to the name of the course you wish to take, and there will be links to open the study materials and to take the exam. Students may get credit for each course once during the duration of the subscription. The cost of the subscription covers the online book/presentation, the exam & grading, the certificate of completion, and reporting (where required by law). The only additional charges that may be assessed are:

Subscriptions expire in 365 days from purchase, there are no refunds for not using the package while it's active.

Monitor Instructions - General
Your state requires that your exam(s) MUST be monitored. The qualifications of the person who must monitor your exam are explained on the monitor form. The person monitoring your exam must be with you prior to beginning to take the exam. Taking the exam without your monitor present will invalidate your exam results and certificate.
The monitor must print, sign and complete the affidavit found by clicking Printable Monitor Form to indicate that the exam was taken without any outside help from any source. Please fax the completed monitor form to: (619) 421-8171 immediately after completing the exam. Your exam will not be completed, and no CE credit will be awarded or reported to your state, until the properly completed, signed monitor form has been received (along with any state reporting fees that may be due).
