In many states, when you pass your exam online you can print your certificate from your testing account.  The folowing states allow certificates of completion to be printed online:  AK, CA, DE, ID, IL, MD, ME, KY, LA, ND, NH, NM, OR, SD, TN, UT, WA

 If your state is not listed it is most likley because the state requires you to send in a Monitor form or Affidavit before being able to receive a certificate of completion.  If this is the case in your state you will have to send us that form via mail, email or fax (depending on the state regulations) and then wait for the certificate to be processed and emailed (or in NE, mailed) back to you.
