What do I do with my certificate once I receive it?
You should always keep a copy of your certificate in your files for future reference. Most of the time that is all the certificate is good for. In some state’s you need to use your certificate to claim credits for that state, like OR and KY for example, where agents are responsible for self-reporting their courses. Some companies also require that they keep a certificate in their files as well. It is always best to keep them in your files for several years, as they are proof that you did complete the course. Some state's require that you keep your certificates of completion on file for a certain number of years, so please refer to the SPECIFIC STATE INFORMATION section of our kruise.com Help Center for information on your state's filing requirements.
