When will I receive a certificate?

You will receive a certificate either by printing it on the website after you complete your exam or you will have it mailed/emailed to you once we receive a report of you passing your exam. We receive an exam report every morning from Monday to Friday. Once we receive the daily report (and your monitor form if applicable) then we will report you for credits and send you your certificate to you within one business day of course completion. Please see list below to see how you will receive a certificate for your course.

States that allow you to print yoru certificate online after competing your exam: AK, CA, DE, ID, IL, MD, ME, KY, LA, ND, NH, OR, SD, TN, UT, WA

States that allow certificates to be emailed to the agent after completing your exam: AL, AR, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, KS, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NC, NV, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TX, VT, VA, WV, WI, WY

States that REQUIRE certificates to be printed and mailed after completing exam: AZ, IN, NE, NM

If additional copies of a certificate are needed, you can, in the first section of states listed above, reprint from the website. If you are from a state that receives mailed/emailed certificates, we can re-process new certificates for you by hand for a small fee.
