No, you can not pause your test and come back to it later.  We do not allow pausing and coming back to it later to prevent people from staying in an exam for longer than they should be.  You must complete your exam in one session.  Most exams will only take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour or so.  If you leave the test during an exam, the you will have to restart from scratch once you return.
