The Help Center
Please refer to the items here in the kruise.com help center to see if any of them apply to your situation. We have information regarding our company, CE subscriptions, exams/grading info, and much more! They cover the most often asked questions from students and can save you time to refer to them as needed.
From 8:00 am until 4:30 pm Pacific Time Zone, you can reach one of our CE advisors by clicking on the icon at the top right-hand side of the page. You can chat online with one of our advisors about any problem you may need assisstance with and get help with just one click of the button.
Ask us a Question!
On each individual product page, there is a '?' icon next to the words "ask us a question". If you click on the icon, you can send an email with your question regarding that particular product. Just remember! If you have any questions about a particular product, make sure that you have read all of the blue information tabs at the bottom of the product page. Most of the information on that product is already there for you convenience. But if you can not find the answer you are looking for, feel free to ask us a question.
On each individual product page, there are several blue tabs with labels such as: Details, State Information, Monitor Requirements, etc. Please click on these tabs for details regarding each course including how to take your exam, how your certificate of completion will be sent, whether we will report your CE credit or if you are required to do so, and many, many other helpful facts about this course as well as CE in your state in general.
